We have very closely worked with CNC router manufacturers from last 15 years and developed some of the most important parts for the CNC Router machines like:

1. Manifold 2 / 3 – It is a multifold vacuum system for machines having more than one head fixed with the gantry. It works so efficiently that, there is no cleaning needed after the job done. The Router table stays clean and less maintenance.
2. Heavy Duty Drag Knife - The Heavy Duty drag knifeis designed to cut a wide variety of flexible and semi-rigid materials. Equipped with a spring-loaded glider foot, the Heavy Duty drag knife can easily cut materials including paper, cardboard, thin rubber, corrugated paper, and plastic.
3. Tangential Knife - The tangential knife is a robust knife cutting tool intended for heavier, thicker and harder materials than a traditional drag knife can accommodate. A selection of pneumatically interchangeable blade cartridges allow a wide range of material to be processed. Full directional control of the blade allows straight edges, sharp corners and all radii to be cut clearly and accurately.

4. Bearing housing for Oscillating Knife – It holds the Knife in its position firmly and guide it for accurate cutting of different materials.
5. Kiss Cut – It is a pressure adjustable knife for the label industry. The blade holder is equipped with high tensile spring which helps to cut label or sticker and not the liner on the back.
